Fair and green transition in industry, energy and transport; strengthening the capacity of social partners. Employers’ and trade union organisations from 10 EU member states and one candidate country. RUB — associate partner since 19.10.2023.

Social dialogue and collective bargaining towards artificial intelligence in the metal, engineering and technology industries. 4 e-handbooks: OSH, HR, data protection, skills. RUB — associate partner since 2024.
Norway Grants programme «Social Dialogue — Decent Work». RUB — project promoter. 4 regional events (Koknese, Sigulda, Ādaži, Jelgava), a report and a round table in 2022.
Worker participation in the governance of health service companies. Spain, Italy, Serbia, North Macedonia, Latvia; 20 months.
Rights to information, consultation and participation for employees’ well-being at work. 6 countries, 18 months; RUB prepared the Latvian national report.
Digital Single Market influence on employee involvement. 6 countries, 2017–2018.

NVA ESF project from 2014; RUB experts ran «Build your own website» courses.
GEAR (employee access to training), «Between Red and Teal» (inclusive management models in the chemical industry), TRANSposition (posted workers in transport), IMPROVEMENT (communication skills at the workplace), «Financial Participation and Employee Involvement in the Mining Sector», «Learning fast and green» and Youth Guarantee traineeships in an NVA project.
During project study visits RUB members have been to Lithuania, Poland, Italy, Spain, Slovenia, Slovakia, Bulgaria and North Macedonia.
