Cookie policy

This policy explains which cookies the website rub.wdteam.co uses, what they are for and how you can change your choice. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device to remember your choices and work properly. The browser’s local storage (localStorage) works in a similar way; in this policy, “cookies” refers to all of these technologies.

2. On what basis we use them

Storing information on your device is governed by the Electronic Communications Law (Elektronisko sakaru likums) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In practice:

Necessary cookies are required for the website to work or to fulfil your request. They do not require consent, but we inform you about them in the table below.
All other cookies (preferences, statistics, marketing) are enabled only after you give consent. Until then, the related scripts are not loaded. You can withdraw consent as easily as you gave it.

For statistics we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited). It loads only after you consent to the «Statistics» category, IP addresses are anonymised and the data is not used for advertising.

5. Consent record

To be able to demonstrate your choice, we store a record containing: an identifier, the permitted categories, the banner version, the language, the page address, an anonymised IP address, a browser description and the time. It is processed by Bugzio (WD Team, SIA) on a server in Germany. Retention period: up to 24 months.

6. How to change or withdraw your choice

On the website: click the cookie icon in the corner of the page or the Cookie settings link in the footer. Changes take effect immediately.
In your browser: You can delete or block cookies in the browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect how the website works.

7. Changes

If we add new tools, we will update this policy and, where this affects consent, ask for your consent again.
